LendKit does not collect any personal data.
There is no account, no sign-in, and no server. Every calculation runs on your device, and the numbers you type never leave your phone.
Nothing. LendKit has no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, and no third-party SDKs. We do not know who you are, that you installed the app, or that you opened it.
The figures you enter into the commission, HELOC, and debt-payoff calculators — loan amounts, sale prices, rates, balances, splits and fees — are processed entirely on your device in order to display a result. They are not transmitted anywhere, and they are not written to any server we control. Closing the app discards them.
LendKit v1 makes no network requests. The app ships with everything it needs bundled inside it, so it works with no connection at all. It loads no remote fonts, scripts, images or trackers.
Each calculator has a "Share result" button. If you tap it, iOS opens its own share sheet and you choose where the text goes — Messages, Mail, Notes, or another app you pick. That hand-off is performed by iOS, not by us, and we never see what you share or who you send it to.
LendKit is a professional tool for mortgage and real-estate practitioners. It is not directed to children and collects nothing from anyone, including children.
A letter-writing and follow-up assistant is built into the codebase but is switched off and unreachable in this version. If we ever enable it, the text you choose to submit would be sent to an AI provider to generate a draft. We will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures before that feature is turned on, not after.
LendKit shows no ads today. A future version of the free app may include ads. If it does, we will update this policy and the app's App Store privacy details before that version is released, and say here exactly what an ad partner receives. The figures you type into the calculators stay on your device and are never shared with an ad network.
