What LendKit does

Commission — loan-officer comp in basis points, or agent-side commission, after your split and any per-file or flat brokerage fee.
HELOC Payment — interest-only payment during the draw period, and what the payment becomes once repayment starts.
Debt Payoff — snowball versus avalanche across multiple debts, with an optional extra monthly amount.

Common questions

Do I need an account? No. LendKit has no sign-in and no server.

Does it work offline? Yes, completely. Everything is bundled in the app.

Are my numbers stored anywhere? No. They stay on your device and are discarded when you close the app.

Are these figures advice? No. Every calculator shows an estimate based only on what you type. LendKit is not financial, tax, or lending advice, and actual terms vary by lender and brokerage.

How do I delete my data? There is nothing to delete — LendKit never collects anything. Deleting the app removes it entirely.
