Support
This is the one place to reach a human. Money Moonshot is run by a very small team, so the
reply comes from a person, not a queue.
We do not publish a support email address. The domain
has no mailbox behind it, so an address printed here would silently bounce. Use the form below
instead — it goes straight to the operator's inbox — or Settings → Help & legal → Contact us
inside the app, which is the same form.
Send us a message
If you do not leave an email address we have no way to
answer you — we will read it, but the reply has nowhere to go.
Common things
- Forgot your password. Use Forgot password? on the sign-in
screen at moneymoonshot.com/app. The code is emailed to the address on the
account.
- Delete your account. See the account deletion
page, or do it in the app at Settings → Account → Delete my account,
then confirm with Permanently delete.
- Export your data. Settings → Banks & data → Export your
data. It is free, complete, and available in JSON or CSV on every plan.
- Disconnect a bank. Settings → Banks & data → Financial
institutions → Disconnect.
That revokes our access at Plaid and deletes that institution's accounts and transactions from
Money Moonshot immediately, so export first if you want to keep the history.
- Cancel a subscription. A subscription bought in the app is managed in your
Apple or Google account settings, not by us. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- A number looks wrong. Your bank is the system of record. If our figure and
your bank's disagree, your bank is right — tell us and we will chase it.
Privacy and terms
Our Privacy Policy says what we collect and what we do with it. Our
Terms of Service are the agreement you accept when you create an account, sign
in, or try the demo.
Money Moonshot connects to financial institutions in read-only fashion. It cannot move money, and
we do not give financial, legal or tax advice.
